REFUND POLICY


All sales are final except for damaged/defective materials, or if you have received an incorrect item. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us with your name, order number, and nature of the issue. We can not process a return for damages if the item has been written in or used. Refunds for damaged items must be processed within 30 days of receipt. 

We are unable to accommodate workbook cover style changes, cancellations or exchanges, or any shipping address changes after an order has been placed. 

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.
