I love starting weekend mornings with this yogurt bowl. It’s decadent and filling, and comes with all the health benefits of everything in it.

what you need:

1 cup 0% greek yogurt

2 tbsp ground flaxseed

1 tbsp sliced almonds

1 tbsp chia seed

drizzle of honey

topped with handful frozen berries
