Let’s face it, self-care doesn’t always come easy. Some days I feel so overwhelmed with everything going on in my life that I can’t even think about what I am going to make for dinner, let alone how I am going to treat myself. Here are 7 rituals that you can do in 15-20 minutes, but have the power to make you feel relaxed and reenergized in seconds.
